I know you’re tired.

I KNOW YOU’RE TIRED.
It's not because you're lazy or something's wrong with you. A lot happened this year. Our Shadows were revealed to us like no other time in our lives and that can take a toll on the nervous system.

IT’S OK YOU REGRESSED.
It makes sense that you reverted back to old coping mechanisms. It's draining to constantly be hit in the face with the reality of your own bullshit. You can only stare yourself down for so long before you need a break.

YOU’RE STILL LOVABLE.
Your inner dialogue might be telling you otherwise—perhaps you saw a side of yourself that you didn't like and are using it against you. The truth is:
AT NO TIME HAS YOUR LOVABLENESS BEEN IN QUESTION.

YOU’RE NOT ALONE.
We've all had to face Shadows this year. It may not appear like it, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t true. Many people don't have the tools—or the bravery—to look inward, so they paint over it in public and suffer the emotional isolation it causes in private.
