There’s a rich, quiet power in the spaces between life chapters—when something has ended, and what comes next is still unknown.

These in-between places are called liminal spaces: transitions in identity, relationships, work, health, or the quiet sense that something inside you is shifting, even if you can’t quite name it yet.

A liminal space offers an opportunity to pause and clarify how you want to move forward, rather than being carried by habit.

Some of these passages we navigate with ease.

Others feel disorienting, tender, or overwhelming.

For the ones that feel more challenging, there are tools—practices that help you return to your body, support your nervous system, and stay connected to yourself as you transition from what was into what’s next.

This Liminal Space supports the personal evolution of self-aware, growth-oriented women, helping them navigate relational blind spots and life transitions with clarity, embodiment, and self-trust.

Hi, I’m Catherine

A deep curiosity about the human condition has guided my path. From studying psychology to the body's innate intelligence, these threads came together in Liminal Space, where I help others navigate change and reconnect with themselves.

Since 2010, I’ve worked with individuals and groups navigating transitions, general life overwhelm, relationship challenges, and the physical manifestations of stress or change. My approach is holistic and deeply relational, grounded in the understanding that body, emotion, and thought are inseparable parts of our lived experience.

I’m especially drawn to what happens between us—the subtle field of connection that shapes our sense of belonging and safety. I believe our capacity for contentment depends largely on how we relate: to ourselves, to others, and to the moment we’re in.

“A tool is to be treated reverentially, for it symbolizes, in the most practical manner possible, the notion that whatever confusion or suffering lies ahead, we have within us the means to cope.”
